Medoro

Subscription terms

Plans, billing and cancellation.

Last updated 16 May 2026

Medoro offers a 7-day free trial, after which you choose between two auto-renewing subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their own terms.

1. Plans and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars; the App Store and Google Play display localised prices at checkout.

All paid plans unlock the same full feature set. There is no "free tier" with reduced functionality after the trial ends.

2. Free trial

Medoro includes a 7-day free trial that begins the first time you open the app. The trial does not require entering payment details and converts to nothing automatically — when the trial ends, the app prompts you to choose a plan. If you do not subscribe or purchase lifetime, the app remains installed but locked, with the Export Data button available so you can save a backup at any time.

3. Auto-renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase and again at each renewal. The lifetime purchase does not renew — it is a one-time payment.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and you are not charged again.

iPhone / iPad:

  1. Open Settings on your device.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
  3. Select Medoro.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Select Medoro.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

5. Switching plans

You can move between monthly and annual at any time from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; the store handles proration. To switch from a subscription to lifetime, cancel the subscription and purchase lifetime — the stores treat subscriptions and lifetime as different product types, so there is no automatic credit. Apple Family Sharing for subscriptions is disabled.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed by Apple or Google under their own policies — we do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly. To request one:

The lifetime purchase is otherwise non-refundable except as required by your local consumer law or Apple/Google's policies.

7. Your data on cancellation or lapse

Cancellation does not delete your data. Medoro stores everything locally on your device, and that does not change when a subscription ends. After a subscription lapses:

8. Restoring a previous purchase

If you reinstall Medoro or move to a new device, tap Restore purchases on the paywall. The app re-checks your Apple or Google account and re-enables access on that device — provided you are signed in with the same store account used for the original purchase.

9. Changes to plans and prices

We may add new plans, change prices, or retire promotional pricing in the future. Price changes for existing subscriptions follow Apple's and Google's own price-change consent rules — you will be notified by the store and given a chance to accept or cancel before any new price takes effect. The launch-offer lifetime price ($14.99) is available for the first 3 months from launch only; existing $14.99 lifetime purchases remain valid forever.
